Best Egg Salad. Ever.
Vegetarian - Gluten Free - Approx. 6 Sandwiches

Here is what you'll need:

12 - Hard Boiled Eggs (peeled & quartered)
1 - Jalapeno (seeds removed, diced small)
1/4 cup - Mayonnaise
3/4 tsp - Mustard
1/2 tsp - Garlic Salt (or a little more to taste)
1 tsp - Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp - Red Chili Powder

Mix ingredients together and ENJOY!!!!

I served ours on gluten free toast, topped with thin sliced provolone and avocado...Mmmmmm, delish!
