Cookie Cup Ingredients:
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Un-greased mini muffin tin (you could use a regular muffin tin for larger cookie cups)
Cream butter, sugars and vanilla...add beaten egg and mix well.
Mix flour, baking soda and salt together and slowly incorporate with creamed mixture.
Roll into balls to fit your muffin tin and place one in each cup. Bake about 8-10 minutes (until edges are brown).
Remove to cooling rack and using a utensil, press down the middle of the cookie to create a cup (I used an old coffee scoop that was pointed...worked great).
Fill cups with Nutella. I highly recommend eating one as soon as they are cool enough to handle!
